Hi there, Thanks for posting your messages here. I can't argue your idea more. I have read many websites and many people like this song for their weddings. Other than that, throwing up here couldn't be 嘔吐. It's hair throwing up, so he would hold it back. :) I know some people translate it as vomit, but I prefer as hair up.
